Bookings and Payments
When you book a consultation or session, you agree to the details shown at booking.
- Consultations are prepaid and are not covered by insurance.
- To reschedule a consultation, email us as soon as possible. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment has a $25 fee.
- Payment and cancellation details for other services are shared when you book.
Events and Fitness Sessions
Check with your provider before joining fitness sessions or any physical activity during pregnancy or after birth. You take part at your own risk. Stop and tell your coach if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual.

Prepare Me, Baby is not responsible for decisions you make based on information on this website. We are also not responsible for problems caused by the outside tools we use for booking, email or payments.
